cruzee and micro scooter match รายการแข่งขันพิเศษสำหรับนักซิ่งขาไถ และ พิเศษ!! ต้อนรับนักซิ่งสกูตเตอร์ด้วยโปรแกรมการแข่งขันใหม่ MICRO SCOOTER RACING จัดไป!! โปรแกรมการแข่งขัน MINI MATCH presented by Zpell@Future Park ชั้น G ห้องแอร์ แข่งขันวันเสาร์ที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2017 สงวนสิทธิเฉพาะจักรยาน Cruzee Bike และ Micro Scooter ในการสมัครเข้าร่วมแข่งขันและ ได้รับบัตรใช้สนาม cruze park 365 ซ้อมฟรีทุกวันเมื่อสมัครแข่งขันอัตราค่าสมัครเข้าแข่งขัน (สมัครภายในวันที่ 4-12 กรกฎาคม)
1. นักแข่งแรกเข้า ค่าสมัคร 490 บาท ได้รับเสื้อแข่ง zpell และป้ายชื่อ
2. มี ZPELL RACING KIT (เสื้อแข่งสีดำและป้ายชื่อ) เรียบร้อยแล้ว ค่าสมัคร 390 บาท
หมายเหตุ : ผู้สมัครสามารถสมัครได้ไม่จำกัดประเภท โดย 1 แบบฟอร์มสามารถสมัครได้ 1 ประเภทการแข่งขัน หากต้องการสมัครมากกว่า 1 ประเภท ผู้สมัครต้องทำการกรอกแบบสมัครเพิ่มอีกครั้งตามจำนวนประเภทที่ต้องการ และเลือกอัตราค่าสมัคร ลงทะเบียนเพิ่มประเภทการแข่งขัน 200 บาท /
ขั้นตอนการสมัครเข้าแข่งขัน
1. กรอกข้อมูลในใบสมัครด้วยตัวเองได้ที่ https://goo.gl/aGBCWT
2. ทีมงานจะส่ง E-MAIl คอนเฟิร์มสถานะและรายละเอียดการชำระค่าสมัคร ทางอีเมล์ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ภายใน 12 ชั่วโมง
3. เมื่อได้รับอีเมล์คอนเฟิร์มจากทีมงาน (อีเมล์ทีมงาน cruzee.crew@gmail.com) กรุณาชำระค่าสมัครและส่งหลักฐานประกอบ ตามรายการดังต่อไปนี้ 1.สำเนาสูติบัตรของนักแข่ง 2. ภาพรถจักรยาน/สกูตเตอร์ ที่ใช้แข่ง 3.สลิปชำระค่าสมัคร // ส่งกลับมาภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ทางอีเมล์เท่านั้น
4. เมื่อลงทะเบียนสมบูรณ์แล้ว นักแข่งจะได้รับข้อความยืนยันรายงานตัว ส่งทางอีเมล์ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง พร้อมบัตรผ่านสำหรับเข้าใช้สนามซ้อม cruze park 365

MINI MATCH Exclusively for Cruzee bike and Micro Scooter for registration in the competition to win the trophies. We accepted only online registration. All register will receive ALLOWED CARD for waive fee ground to practice at cruze park 365 throughout July, 2017
MINI MATCH REGISTRATION FEE (Early Bird 4-12 July 2017)
1. THE NEWCOMMER NEED ZPELL New comer 490 baht (the package RACING KIT include 1 zpell t-shirt and bike/scooter name tag)
2.HAD ZPELL RACING KIT fee 390 ThB. Owned RACING KIT Zpell tshirt and already got the bike/scooter tag
NOTE : One submit for one program. For add more racing program. Please submit more registration and select **Add more program. registration fee 200 ThB.**
Registration Steps (Please read more carefully before registration)

2. After you've registered , Status confirmed and payment information will be sent via email with 12 hours.
3. When you had received **E-MAIL CONFIRMED YOUR STATUS AND PAYMENT CHANNEL** from cruzee game keeper (cruzee.crew@gmail.com) To complete registration. Please make your payment within 24 hours and send 1)PAYMENT SLIP 2)CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH 3)IMAGE OF YOUR CRUZEE BIKE OR MICRO SCOOTER // Please reply by E-MAIL ONLY.
4. After send your documents via E-MAIL reply. We'll update your status within 24 hr. via E-MAIL and attached ALLOWED CARD for waive fee ground to practice at cruze park 365 throughout July, 2017
